Return Eligibility

Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they meet the following conditions:

• The item is unworn, unwashed, and unused
• The item is returned in its original condition
• You provide your order number or proof of purchase

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong size or would like to exchange an item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Exchanges are processed based on product availability.

We recommend contacting us first so we can provide return instructions.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the issue so we can review the claim quickly.

If the issue is confirmed, Tenntucky Tees will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Custom or personalized items
• Items that have been worn or washed
• Clearance or final sale items
• Items returned after the 30-day return window

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
